It was said that apples are an anti-oxidant effect. Well, it is true that it is good for the health. We can have the best fiber in replacing carbohydrates. But then, we need to be cautious in biting an apple. The inner core with black seeds contains amygdalin, which is not good for us. Because it releases cyanide once it mixes to digestive enzymes. It is better to have prevention and be aware. We don't want to engulf such fruit without knowing the poisonous effect of the black seeds.

Even if you ingest the seeds of one apple it's not something dangerous, but usually people remove the apple core.

Luckily, I don't eat the inner core of the fruit. It is nothing wrong to be cautious.

I don't know it but it is a good thing to know that it is poisonous. We should be extra careful whenever we eat an apple.

I also do the same thing. I can still remember during my childhood years that I've done the wrong thing. The good thing, it is not our staple food.

I hope you don't eat on a daily basis. If you do, then it can be possible.

Well I read similar thing recently in news paper.. but what I read it takes more than 40 seeds which may create problem to kids.. for adults the number will increase.. Now, at a time how many apples can you take to reach that number? Don't be afraid and eat whatever you like.. all things have their pros and cons..

I was a strange imagination. What if the person consume this fruit on a daily basis, then there is a probability that he or she might be poisoned. Thanks for the information.

I don't know it at all. Although we will not eat the apple seeds on purpose, but we may do it accidently by a mistake.

I think it would be unhealthy if eaten depends on its volume. I also do the same thing but nothing happened. Regardless, it is better to be aware of it.
