No way. With the exception of fruits and some vegetables... I don't like raw food. To me, they usually have no very striking flavors at all and I see no reason for me to consume this type of food.
I know there's a healthy side to consuming food that way, but I'd rather be healthy through other methods.

I do like raw foods but not so much in the winter time. My extent of raw foods boils down to salads with dressing.

we have this dish called Kinilaw. It's a raw seafood dish native to my country. It's like a Filipino ceviche. It's prepared using raw cubed fish mixed with vinegar along with salt, ginger, onions, and chili peppers. Cucumber is the most common addition to it. I love it very much, specially when it's too spicy.

I think that I haven't cooked anything in twenty years or more. Yes, I have eaten some cooked food but it was not at my home and I didn't cook it.
So, what do I eat raw? I eat raw fruits, vegetables, and nuts and seeds. I take a few supplements and am not on any medication.

Surely I am a lover of raw foods: fruits, vegetables, fish, pork meat, cow meat and sea foods like shrimp. I have no problem consuming raw foods. It taste fuller and meaner especially with the desired dip and condiments.
