Not trying to be rude

I tried go to each mylot friend that comments in my discussions. But I have found that when I go to a lot of them either have not made any discussions of their own or none recently made ones.
And I waste time trying to find them.
So, I usually start a discussion, if I have something to talk about, which I usually do. I love to talk
Then I go to see the discussions made by my followers about ten of them.
followed by my notifications and suggestions.
And repeat this over and over
I am not trying to be rude by not going to your discussions asap, because it will save time and I can get to new discussions faster this way I am finding.
And I waste time trying to find them.

There is no hard and fast rule how one attacks this site (lol) My approach is to attend to notifications and respond to posts that l like and then write a few posts.

That is really good, if that is what works for you. There was a myLotter said that no one should start discussions. But obviously she/he was and then someone else said they were going to and she got the reply from the starter of the discussion that she could. 
I guess it depends on who you know!

Yeah I don't like seeing no disscussions on peoples profile either how do expect people to comment on them if there is none. I at least post one disscussion a day and that is my morning post if anything else comes up I want to share I will start another disscussion. Happy mylotting to you.

Lately, this is the way I am as well. I find it more important to respond back in someone that has responded back to me if they have a newer discussion they have started so I can help them out as well and often find some great discussions I might have missed.

I know its not easy to always help other people; specially, if you don't know anything about the discussion. I'm looking for help with scented candles, as I'm going to buy one for my daughter and don't want to end up with a scented candle that is strong. Also have several other newer topics and appreciate help, as one is about sports and March Madness.

I will say that's very kind of you to reach out to myLot friends that way . . . and I am one of those who does not make a new discussion very often. As I am not here for too long each day, I have a difficult time getting through my notifications as it is . . . so until I am a bit caught up, I don't like to create new posts (even though I would want to). You are not being rude . . . we just do what we do . . . and I hope you do not feel that people like me are being rude too.

I think they understand. And beside if they are active in sharing a discussion there is no need to check on them you can just simply comment to their new post discussion that can be seen in ghe most recent discussion or any tab in mylot. God bless.
