"Looney Tunes: Back In Action" (2003)

I went to a whole lot of movies when I was a kid and even as a young adult. They showed the feature (or two), a news reel, and cartoons. I really loved the old Warner Brothers array of cartoon characters like Bugs Bunny, Daffy Duck, Porky Pig, Yosemite Sam and so many more.
Searching for something to watch on Netlfix that my daughter, my wife and I could all stand, I happened on this one. It is pure slapstick comedy of course, but it does have a plot, lost of evil and good too. (I forgot to mention the Roadrunner and Coyote are around too.)
There are humans too. Brendan Fraser, Steve Martin, Heather Locklear and more all join in the spoof and fun. It was a great laugh for me to see all those great characters from my childhood again, all in one movie.
If winter (or in my case, the election outcome) or whatever has you down, you can stream this movie and escape for a while.
Do you still like animated cartoon characters?

Hmm, though you are not at all what I would call "Daffy." He was great as were all of them in one funny movie.

When I saw Yes back in the 80's, they showed Bugs Bunny cartoons as their opening act. It was great!

I grew up watching Looney Tunes. I love the way Bugs Bunny always manages to outsmart the hunter (what's his name?). And I love the Road Runner too (beep, beep). I just recently watched an animated movie Trolls. Pretty enjoyable. Even my two year old grandson enjoyed the movie.

@JamesHxstatic I agree. I especially like the voice of Porky Pig. Never fails to make me laugh with his stammer as he says "Thaaaaaat's all folks",

Donald was a big favorite of mine. An old friend from the army can talk just like Donald.

Of course I still like them. Like Tom and Jerry! Hehehe they are funny but sometimes I don't think they are best to watch by the kids with those mischiefs. Hehehehe! God bless.
I love bunny rabbit by the way.

Although I'm not big on cartoons, I can manage most of the ones I grew up with. Probably once I have grandkids I'll be watching more of them again, but now I only have a raku player and we don't pay extra for the pay for viewing channels just yet.

@JamesHxstatic - Yes, I still love animated cartoon characters, especially when they are mixed with human actors. Who didn't love "Who Killed Roger Rabbit?" It was delightful!

My husband and I enjoy animated movies occasionally. Something light-hearted after a stressful day can be just what the doctor ordered! We might just try "Back in Action" next time, on your suggestion.
I too loved all the Looney Tunes characters and cartoons, as well as Hanna Barbera. I grew up watching the Jetsons and the Flintstones. Great memories!

I still like cartoons. I particularly enjoy the "Monsters" movies, "Wreck it Ralph", "Minions", and on TV "Bob's Burgers". THis one sounds fun, too
