Hey everyone! I swear there is an app out there for everything now a days-which can be a good thing! My oldest daughter downloaded an app on my phone where she can speak in English and it will translate it into Spanish. So, she is learning Spanish without being taught it per se. I love when my children learn without realizing it. Lol.
Right now the babies are napping so I can be here for a little bit until they wake up. I have to write up worksheets for my kiddo's for next week's work but I might wait until tomorrow to do that since today my husband is home! 
On a different note how long did it take for your tax refund to be approved after you filed your taxes? Ours seems to be taking forever and I hope that isn't a bad sign.

Yes there is a app for everything we do today. And that is awesome that your daughter can learn Spanish without knowing it. And at those young ages it is way easier for them to learn. As for taxes, it is always a long wait for our returns. But they take our taxes real quick. Hmm, seems like the government are like legal loan sharks. LOL.

Lol isn't that the truth! We have been waiting for 2 weeks now just for them to approve them. This is the longest we have ever waited.

Hello Jennifer. Nice the hubby is home today so it makes for a good family day. I hope you get your tax refund soon. I am not sure what it is like in the US but here is Canada it takes 4-6 weeks before you receive the refund.

Ours hasn't even been approved yet though! And it's been 2 weeks now.

There are so many teaching app that can save you money to learn something new. I guess an app and reading and watching Spanish will make her better. God bless.

That is awesome your daughter is enjoying learning a second language. I always wanted to when I was young but then by the time I got to high school and could actually take Spanish I didn't want to and skipped taking that class.
My boyfriend filed his taxes online a d a week later or less he had his return.

I think ours took so long because we filed the earned income child credit or whatever it's called.

@LovingMyBabies It might just be the company you go with to do your taxes. Some are known for doing speedy returns. My boyfriend filed for the EITC as well.

We haven't evengotten ours FILED successfully yet! They keep denying it, and saying we make DOUBLE what we actually do.o-O

@LovingMyBabies No. My husband is dealing with that headache thankfully. I told him next year maybe we need to suck it up and pay HR Block to do it.

Ours didn't take that long, around 3 weeks. When we did get the taxes, it came at the right time. It really did help pay some bills.

That is wonderful, learning Spanish is a great thing, and thru an app no less.
I took both French as well as Spanish in school, but preferred Spanish, it seemed easier to me, and I've retained more of it.
Nice to know that you've got such a great routine down, you're doing so well!

We got our tax return in 8 days and my son did too. We don't get a return from the state as we are retired and they don't tax our retirement monies.

An ap that can help teach Spanish. That is awesome. Have never considered looking for something like that. As to Taxes, I heard it is taking everyone a lot longer this yr for some reason. We have not finished ours yet. Have started working on them.

I have a Spanish conversational app on my kindle..and it is fun to play with. I would use it for sure if I was traveling in a Spanish speaking country because it has useful phrases on it.

@DWDavis We were late filing as well this year which isn't normal for us but my husband has worked so much we really didnt have time.
I am sure you will get yours done soon, you are busy a lot too with work.
