Just learned that the well known host of Turner Classic Movies has left this world.
He will be missed as he was such an interesting person to listen to about old movies and famous actors from the past.
Did you watch him too?
Robert Osborne, the film aficionado who shared his knowledge and passion for movies with millions of viewers as the longtime host of Turner Classic Movies, has died. He was 84.

Sad indeed. I just love all the old movies and Turner has had some really good ones.

TCM is a staple in my household. He will be missed for his insight and warmth.

I had watched him before, but not in awhile since we didn't have the channels.

I am not surprised as he had been in ill health for several years but sad none the less. TCM will never be the same without him.

Yes, he hosted many good movies. He was very knowledgeable, too. A great loss.
