My 6 year old granddaughter is over here today and she is watching a show on Nicolodeon called, "Rabbids Invasion" and This one rabbit had this rabbit climb up a ladder to go on top of this giant TV set and touch a live electrical wire........ lol, rabbit ears ...... get it This reminds me of something that happened about 3 years ago my other granddaughter was about 7 then. She was helping me clean out some old boxes I had in storage and she pulls out these metal things and said, "Grandma what is this?" And I replied not thinking that she would not understand, "Rabbit ears". And she said,"They are really Rabbit Ears?!" I laughed and explained.

They sure can. But when I said that to her I was not thinking of the proper name of antenas because I just grew up always calling them rabbit ears. I mean i knew what they were but I just always called them rabbit ears. lol
