Harris Poll is Cheating Me!

I've been a Harris Poll member for several years, doing their surveys. Last year, I signed up for and downloaded their ShopTracker App, which monitors my Amazon purchases. It's a tiny thing on my computer, and doesn't seem to hurt speed or anything. But there's one major problem. If I had signed up through any other site, I would be getting $3 a month for keeping it installed. And in fact, every month the app notifies me to log in and get my $3.00 reward. But Harris Poll only gives me 300 POINTS, which do not equal $3.00, only about $2.40. (125 points equals $1.00) So they are cheating me out of $.60 every month! I even tried uninstalling ShopTracker, and signing up again through Fusion Cash, but once it gets to the step where I sync my Amazon account, they tell me I already have a ShopTracker account tied to that Amazon account. So there is no way for me to get the promised $3 a month.

Did you send them an email to ask about this situation? They are cheating you and you should contact them.

@connierebel You did the right thing to contact them. There are too many that are cheating with the app in order to make money, but they do not like to share.

Hmmm...that does not seem right. Many must be in the same situation. Can you contact them, then back out of that agreement and start over? Maybe if they are aware of what you are trying to do, they will help.

I'm going to see if I can contact them. I'll have to do some digging, as there is no straightforward contact button. Probably a lot of people don't even realize they are getting cheated.

I never heard of any of these apps which pay money each month but it does seem unfair that you can't install a new one for that $3

It is unfair. there's no way that I can find, that lets me totally clear my account so that they won't tell me my Amazon account is already linked. Even with a new email address, I get the same thing.
