Life is a mix of opposites

Everything in this life has opposites. There's night and day, birth and death, fat and thin, poor and rich, problems and blessings. I should expect that problems is a normal part of life so I must not resist or get troubled so much with problems because they really happen. But I should not forget the opposite of problems which are blessings. God designed this life for us to enjoy his blessings. Life is a mix of everything. We should embrace our problems but don't forget that blessings are also awaiting for us.

That's true without the other opposite it wouldn't be so meaningful. That's how God designed this life

Life would be so much simpler if all we have to do is pick which side of opposing forces we want to be with. If I am "good" God will reward me. If I am "bad" God will punish me. Yet we see so much suffering and injustice in the world today that contradict this assumption.
