Why do natural phenomena "always" have women's names?

Hurricanes, storms and others phenomena... What is their relationship to the names of women? Have you ever stop to think about it? It's an interesting thing at least.
Although I've been thinking of some theories, I can't think of any plausible explanation about this (everything I think ends up being a silly joke
)... Do you?

Today we're getting hit with a blizzard named Stella so from now on the name Stella won't be a happy name for me. She's creating quite a mess out there.

Maybe because we can change mood with a snap of a finger.

Have you seen an angry woman who is having mood swings after getting a visit from Aunt Flo? That is the reason.

I don't know-maybe someone's saying everywhere women go they create havoc?
Lol.
Hurricane's have had men names though so not all of them are women's names.

Maybe because of stigma when it named to a man. But of women name, we think of them as loving, helpful and non-violent that maybe, the weather bureau think we could forget them easily
