I believe that it's true that weather affects moods. I notice it with my family and friends. I noticed it with myself too. It was an overcast day today, there was no sun. Later on, it rained. I was lucky that I didn't have to go out today, but I have planned to do some paper work and organize one of my bookcases. However, I felt so flat that I didn't have much energy to continue with what I was doing. I just want for a half hour nap, still, it was an effort doing what I normally enjoy doing. Is your mood affected by the weather at all?

Well of course, it is because the temperature of your body is being played around with and the more heat your body feels, the more your emotions are more towards the angry side and also the fact that it is lacking oxygen so you cannot think straight The colder the weather the more people are either sad or maybe some are cheery. If it is rainy, people can be sad. But it is also depends on where the person lives too. But it is all a chemical balance for your brain and how it reacts It has been hot here so irritability and tiredness is a common thing for me and many others.

I do believe that chemical imbalance in the brain will affect our demeanor as well.

@vickyrose That is the point of the brain haha emotions are chemicals produced by your brain. So if they get are affected by anything then you will act differently

Normally I do not have moods but a cloudy day can make me less active.

To some, it doesn't affect the mood but it affects the energy levels.

I think that everyone's mood is affected by the weather. When the day is sunny and beautiful we feel better and more alert. Here it is a very dark and grey day today and I feel so sleepy.

@vickyrose Even if I have to stay inside I feel better when the sun is out.

I observed that I am happier when the sun is out and I can go outdoors, as I prefer being outdoors.

I definitely would like to be indoors when it's rainy and overcast. We're getting a lot of rains lately.

It does. When it is very hot, I get irritated instantly.

I dislike hot weather, I used to live there, but I've moved to temperate weathers.
