Cheated the own sister for the sake of money

Is money everything in one's life? What about the value of Relationships? Are relationships governed only by money? Is money stronger than a relationship between a brother and his own sister? Is it the only force to bind any kind of relationship? I don't think so. But my view was proved incorrect when I have seen one of my relatives. He was the only son and his sister remained a spinster and she is now more than 65. He got married and living separately with his family. He is well settled in life. No burdens of any kind. His sister was living with her mother and recently the mother expired. Now as a brother he had to take care of as she is physically not able. She got some accumulations in the Bank and the house she resides is also sold and all the accumulations come to around Rs. 50 lakhs. Her neighbors are ready to take care of her. They also assured that they would provide food and everything she needs if she wants to stay in the house. But, brother does not like her staying there. So he conspired with others and took her to another sister who expressed her inability to take care of her. He finally convinced her to stay in his house, which she does not like as most of the time in her life she never maintained any good relationship with her sister-in-law. He came to me and informed that his sister is a T.B patient and as such nobody is willing to help her stay alone in her house. So as a brother he is bound to take her responsibility. I asked him how can he allow her when she is a T.B patient? He said that he would make arrangement for her. I thought that the fellow was quite affectionate towards his sister. Later I came to understand his original color of his face and the trick played by him. A T.B (Tuberculosis) as per law is a contagious disease and the patient should be kept out of the house in a good atmosphere where the air is pure and hygienic. By attributing the said disease, of which she is not a patient at all, he kept the neighbors of his sister away from her. so much so other relatives. Now she is helplessly looking at her brother for help which he is eagerly waiting for. He is ready to provide her accommodation in his house provided she transfers all her assets and money in his name. Just by naming a simple disease he denied his own sister the right of freedom of life. She is now helpless. She is unable to understand why her neighbors are not coming to her. Still, she does not know what her brother has informed to others about the disease. This is the highest degree of radicalism the human being has stooped down to, for the sake of money and property.
