Is on right now. I love the Beegees. This is such a celebration. Recording Academy is celebrating the BeeGees. Doesn't seem like forty years ago Saturday Night Fever was on. John Travolta was just on. Love him.
I didn't know they were born on the Isle of Mann.

Their legacy is far beyond disco. I liked a lot of their early material ("Run to Me," "I Started a Joke," things like that).
A lot of country music fans probably don't know they wrote the Dolly Parton/Kenny Rogers song "Islands in the Stream."
