How Embarrassing

I must say that this is quite embarrassing!
Last night, I changed my relationship status on Facebook from "single," to "in a relationship."
Now, understandably, I'm getting lots of likes and congratulations comments from friends.
The thing is, I've been with the same girl for six years now. In fact, this ties my longest-ever relationship. Only, I just now got around to changing the status.
I slept on the couch last night.
(Just kidding about the couch.)

I haven't ever listed my relationship status on Facebook, although lately I've considered it. I've been with the same person for a long time myself, and just figured my relationship status was none of Facebook's business. Anyone who knew me probably knew that stuff anyway.
