Tonight's DInner Is...

We have decided to take it easy for the rest of the day so tonight's dinner will be quick and easy. Neither one of us feel like we want to make anything heavy and we certainly don't want to spend and amount of time in a hot kitchen.
So this evening dinner will be a tuna salad sandwich with a touch of onion, celery, and mayo. With it we will have a sliced tomato, a chunk of cheese, and a boiled egg or two.
I think Home Alone is on again today so maybe we will watch it while we eat. It's been a busy day.

Noone here really wants home cooking but dont have spare money to get food from out since rent is due next week, so going to make a quick homemade pizza tonight i guess.

@Courtlynn I try to keep salad fixing, tuna, and boiled eggs in the house that way I don't have to heat up the house by cooing if it is too hot.

I worked 6am to 2pm then met a friend. I came home from work ate paste with bacon for dinner. Iam watching TV and online until bed.

That sounds like a pretty good dinner! I really want a tuna sandwich now haha It is really just too warm for any cooking haha

@DesirousDreamer I like the bagged salads but I usually end up adding something to them.

@HazySue Ours is just a typical salad haha especially when it is a bagged salad, that is the best because there is no cutting or anything.

Tuna sandwiches with those fixings sound really good to me right now.
I'm ashamed to say we still have 3 dozen dyed Easter eggs in the fridge that we've never done anything with. I have no idea how long they are good for in the fridge, but my thought is to throw them out.

Sounds like a good dinner to me. I will be eating out tonight as we have our bowling league at 6. My sunday has been alright just been lazing around watching movies etc.

I've had a wonderful day. Large salad for dinner with some leftovers added in. Now I'm relaxing here until I shut down, grab my book and head for the bedroom! And oh, I do love Home Alone! It's become one of my favorite movies to watch at Christmas time!
