The temperature dropped to 16 degrees Celsius. I can feel the cold weather in Sagada province. After I had a local meal "sinarabasab," I ordered a cup of Caramel Machiatto Latte to warm me up before going back to lodge.
How's your day, guys?

We had a hot weather over here today and i quite like it. I usually prefer summer to winter. There is so much happiness and joys around in summer. But i have to agree that on some days the heat is too much and you wish if only it had been cooler. On this enjoy your coffee

@Shavkat I've got a friend that moved from here in Illinois down to Florida. She complains of being 'cold' when it starts getting below 24 (about 70 here). She became acclimated to warmer weather, and I tease her about it to no end.

@JolietJake I heard that Florida is quite warm than other states in the US. She is really adapted to a warm weather. I am sure she will complain if going to visit your place because of the cold weather.

@allen0187 I think it looks like "sisig." The preparation is totally different.

We need to have body massage for that back problem. "Sinarabasab" is a local cuisine in Sagada province. The pork was shredded and marinated to vinegar with onion and ginger.

@TiarasOceanView It seems unusual regular food in the city. But I like the taste. Back massage is nice. I wanted to have a try. I had seen a shop that provide such service.

I had a macchiato a few weeks ago at the used book store. My daughter was working a practicum there, and she made it for me. That was fun!
I don't usually drink coffee except at home. But it was a nice treat to go out for a fancy coffee. At home, I just drink instant most of the time. I have some lovely fair trade coffee beans that were locally roasted, though. So when I feel like it, I grind them and make coffee in the French press.
