A Yoga Headstand

During my yoga teacher training this weekend, we had an Inversion Workshop. During this wonderful training, we did a flow which warmed up our bodies to prepare us for several different inversions.
The key to a good headstand, forearm stand, or handstand is having a strong core. I'm still working on that. My core is my weakest area. Therefore, headstands are a weak area as well.
However, I did accomplish a couple different arm balances. It's always nice to have a wall to give you confidence that you won't fall over.
