Getting Feedback After Testing

On April 18th my daughter and I both went together to the Breast Center and got our mammograms done. A few days later the center called us both, within just a few minutes of one another, to let us know our tests came back normal. You'd think that would be enough and, for my daughter it was. But for me, I got an email from My Chart April 19th letting me know as well. And, a letter on April 26th. And yesterday May 3rd my doctor's nurse called as well. I certainly hope this doesn't mean that someone else didn't get any feedback at all.

They must be cross checking or just making sure that you received the message.

It is so good they are communicating with you on this level. I often wish there were more of that here with my people but to no avail, quite useless after asking them over and over again.

I know. Sort of a waste of time and effort. Hope others didn't fall by the wayside.

Oh, they were so generous with your attention. To me it says that people in that office do not communicate with one another very well.

I think the nurse could have herself a call if she had checked the My Chart.
