Happy Anniversary to our older son and his beautiful bride! Today is their 11th anniversary. Little did I know then that I'd have two beautiful, intelligent, and talented grandchildren, each of whom light up each day of my life.
Late this morning, my younger son and his beautiful fiancée stopped by for a visit. They had just been to a cake tasting to choose their wedding cake. It sounds beautiful and delicious to me!
We found it a coincidence that one son married on the 6th of May, and the other will marry on the 6th of October. I now have a new lucky number.
So what have you been up to this now sunny and beautiful Saturday?

It is nice and sunny here today.
But you know I am not partial to the heat.
I walked over to the shop to get 3 loaves of bread.
I walked to the little shop that I thought might have a small chair I could carry but they were closed too early.

Thank you. It is quite full at the moment, but I wouldn't have it any other way. It keeps me out of trouble. 
What on earth are you going to do with 3 loaves of bread? We only have a few bagels. A lightweight chair would be good for you. I hope you can get one soon, especially for hot days.
I rarely eat cake, but will force myself to have at least one bite of their wedding cake. Ha ha!

No beautiful and sunny saturday here. Gray, foggy, wet saturday here. Luckily though the trees and grass are finally coming greener. Lol. Hapoy anniversary to your oldest. And congratulations to your youngest.

Happy lucky number 6! My lucky number has always been 7. I couldn't understand the significance of it until my mother confessed that she had given a child up for adoption a few days before my 7th birthday. This made me the oldest of 7 children.
Hubby worked on the farm yesterday. He had to use my vehicle so Little Miss and I stayed home. She still isn't feeling well so it was better for her to stay home. We did venture outside for a walk and went to visit one of our neighbors. She tried to get the neighbor to walk with us. Too cute.

@DianneN we spent quite a bit of time outside yesterday. It was really nice outside. She has been feeling better and wants to be outside all day. I have things to do inside though and have to listen to her beg me to take her out. Too cute!

No sun here, it's been raining all day! Happy Anniversary to your son. My anniversary is tomorrow. It will be 14 years.
My 10 year old is dying to see a movie that just came into theaters, so we'll most likely be celebrating our big day by taking the kids to the movies.. how romantic, LOL..

No sunshine here...more rain. More road closures....more evacuations. We are fortunate to be high enough that our house is dry. The fields are flooded...the ditches are overflowing. I feel sorry for anyone who thought today would be a nice spring day for a wedding.

it is now Sunday here to my end. hmm, nice date coincidences. well, i have one coincident dates of my kid brother as well:
kid brother was born on November 1; his oldest son was born on May 1.
kid brother's wife was born on June 16; their daughter was also born on October 16. both kid brother and his wife are the youngest among the siblings.
now: i and my sister and her kids: i am 11 years younger than my sister: i am 5 years older than our kid brother.
sis' oldest daughter is 11 years younger than me; my kid brother is also 5 years older than our niece.

Congrats to both. Seems you have raised your sons well.
Nothing yet, Tony is feeling bad and I am tired so, it`ll be yard work or just a ride in the car for him.
