I need to change my eating habits!

One more time. I stopped at an eating place and ordered a dish; a soup, rice and the a stew of chicken meat with green sauce and tortillas.
I think it was too much. I was thinking on leaving half of the dish, but instead, I ate it all and now I have an upset stomach.
I really don`t need to eat too much. Last year and back, I was eating light and feeling healthy.
What is your daily eating habit?

Like you, I had been eating healthy, then recently started to eat junk again.
Now my waist is telling me to stop.
Tomorrow I will not eat. Fast is good for me.
Sorry you feel sick now. Know the feeling.

Thanks. I got relieved now. I used to eat healthy; lots of fruits and vegetables; lately, I have been getting hungry and that makes me eat too much. I`m still slim but the I need to keep a healthy diet before I begin to gain weight

@quantum2020 I am going to try to fast today at least. It is hard for me. But if I get really hungry I will have a bit of yogurt good for the digestion and very light. I wish you all the best Jose, I know how hard this can be to get back into the swing of eating healthy. Let us know.

I am lucky because no matter how much I eat, it is still too difficult for me to put on more weights. And my weight often remains the same and hardly will have a change. But of course it is always better for us to pay attention to the diet. In fact I think my eating habit is fine. I eat more vegetables and fruits. I am like a worm and I can finish a garden

That is good. Eating fruits and vegetables is a healthy eating habit. I used to do that and felt like superman. I need to change some bad habits that I have acquired lately

I had to really concentrate on the way I ate because I was eating too much. I slowed way down and took my time and stopped when I felt full, not when I felt stuffed. Now I feel much better!
You should have taken home what was too much to eat. Then you have 2 meals for the price of one!
I try to eat more protein and a lot less carbohydrates. I try to stay away from rice, tortillas, potatoes, and other starchy carbohydrates but I really, really love and crave them! I try to avoid sugar but I love that, too. I force myself to eat vegetables and some fruit, although I don't like them. All in all, I don't like much of what I eat so why aren't I skinny?!

I could have taken some of the food home and have a good dinner. I think,I`ll doi it next time because everytime I eat that much always cases me eating troubles. I like to eat fruits and since it`s already mango season, I`ll start my fruit diet with that and other fruits

Yeah, a well balanced diet is the ideal. Vegetables, fruits and protein.....That´s good

I hate the feeling when I eat too much and feel stuffed. But, it's hard to resist when the food is good

Yeak, that`s righjt. The food I ate this afternoon was good. It would have been a waste to not eating it. Besides, I feel right now, it was just the digestion that was causing the discomfort
