Do you still play board games?

Judy Ev's discussion made me think. I like board games, but I don't really have anyone here to play with. I could play with roomie..but I don't like to lose to him. I could beat him at Trvial Pursuit I guess..but anyway, we don't always get along that well. I played Scrabble when my sis and brother in law were here a few years ago. Maybe when my son comes down we will pay Jenga. By and large I don't play board games though..but I loved them when I was a kid. I played dozens.

I wanted to play Monopoly on the board but instead my son showed me and played it with me on one of his games lol...Nah son

@dodo19 Why not? Another good one for young kids is Chutes and Ladders..which I am sure you know about. I played that too..it was lots of fun.

@snowy22315 We did have it once. My girls definitely did enjoy playing it for a while. Maybe I'll take it out again and see what happens.

Yes, that was one of the ones I used to play, Clue, The Game of Life, Monopoly and others. Hands Down is a game I used to play, when I was younger that was a lot of fun.

Board games are great to play on rainy days! I have a closet full of games that I'll pull down when it's dreary outside, and the family and I will play for hours. Trivial Pursuit and Monopoly are favorite of mine.
