What Are Your Pet Peeves

Turning up the television volume when it is not necessary. It gives me nausea literally when the telly is too loud.

Pet peeves are fun. Its like you really do have another kind of pet: what kind of food will the Peeve demand today and will the little brat behave and come when called? Tell Peeve to get off the couch and he or she ignores you while chewing up your slipper. Guess you need to take Peeve to obedience class sooner than later.

I guess my biggest pet peeve is when people are late and do not call to let me know about it and do not even apologize.

I hate when people use their cellphones, or smart phones, or whatever electronic gadgets when they are sitting at a table with other people.

Hey at least it's a topic that most of us have something to say about. I like how you said you only had a few and then again maybe you had a whole list of them like most of us probably do too. I'm sure we don't think about them until someone does one of them and then we remember that one. Even more than not using a turn signal I hate it when people pull in front of you only to make a quick turn in one direction or the other. I often will think why didn't they just go around the block and do it in a more orderly fashion, but I did something similar myself recently. While I didn't get in front of anyone else, I was driving down the middle lane of a one-way road when I thought i forgot a turn so immediately got into the right lane when I was already close to the light and then turned right. No one was on the road behind me, but it made me realize that maybe people do it on the spur of the moment without thinking about it beforehand. After I made my turn, I realized the place I was going I usually go a different way and had plenty of time to get over still. Also, it irks me when on the highway especially when people get too close to the car in front of them before passing, but depending on how close you are, even if two car lengths behind it may not be enough time to move over if they were following an especially slower driver. It makes more sense to me that they should move over much earlier to allow those in back of them to see the slow driver earlier. I don't like negativity either.

I dont like those three either but they arent on my top 10.

I don't like people who take credit for the work they did not do..there are lot many in my office..
