Finally Bathed in the Rain!

I had this wish a year ago, May 30,2016, in my post in myLot that I wished I could bathe in the rain!
Then it rained this afternoon, right after lunch, and since I longed to take that rain bath which I failed to do last rainy season last year, I went out at our backyard and savor the rain on my face!
It was so refreshing, I felt nature's blessing of rain as it drenched my body! It felt so good and cool! Nobody in the neighborhood saw me because our fence and plants covered me. That was fun!
Then I decided to write about it, and I thought I might had already written about this topic. So I reviewed my posts and found that I posted this wish that I could bathe in the rain last May 30,2016! What a coincidence!

I love rain and the monsoon season which is just beginning now. We are expecting it to hit our city in a day or two but we already have pre monsoon showers which are comparitively milder.I get drenched quite often in the rain and have absolutely no complaints

So it is rainy season too in your country? Here, the weather bureau said it is already the start of the rainy season, so there'll be lots of rains in the coming days (months). We should not complain really, because plants and animals do love the rains; but no floodings please!

@acelawrites I agree..However, floods have become part of the Monsoon season in India and unfortunately the concerned authorities and even people who are directly affected by it wake up at the last minute. So we have many casualities every year .

Finally , you were able to bathe in the rain as you wished. 
Yes. I love bathing in the rain. The last time was many many years ago, when we were swimming at the sea and it rained.
The sea was warm yet the rain was cold and it was so nice a combination to bath.

Yes, it could be more fun to bathe in the sea and the rain at the same time! Both are refreshing and relaxing.

Yeah, two weeks ago I intentionally bathe in the rain because I'm fixing something and i cannot escape the rain

@acelawrites yeah and its always an amazing feeling when you do that. The only difference is that you are playing under the rain if you are a kid. When you are adult... you are working under the rain.

One time last month I think it rained while I was taking care of the trash. I tried to allow myself to bathe in the rain but it wasn't that much. I went back and took a shower instead. The rain wasn't strong enough.

Hehehehe you never knew I saw you, I peeped in your fence. I bathed in the rain when I was 11 years old. I ran and ran in the yard and outside the home, then I laid flat on the white sand letting the flood passed my body and rainwater happily cooled me. I was so innocent and God loves innocent.Thankful I was not sick of "korikong"
