~Weird But Good~

Hey everyone. So my day started out a little rough...all over wipes. Yes you read it right baby wipes caused chaos this morning. I babysat for the girl I watch twice a week. I told her mom she forgot wipes for her daughter, and she got really defensive and annoyed that I text her that. We got into an argument and then we both apologized later on before she picked her up. She left and about 40 minutes later she asked for my address. I thought it was a strange question since she should have it by now, and I didn't answer her text. Fast forward another 30 minutes and there was a knock on my door. I didn't know who it could be. When I opened the door it was a pizza guy. I said I didn't order this, and he said someone ordered and paid already. I called my husband and he said I didn't order pizza. I was puzzled. My husband said it was probably the woman you babysit for. I said I don't think so since she didn't say anything. Then she texts me and said did you get it? She said she wanted me to know how sorry she was and she could tell I was having a bad day. She said pizza makes everyone's day better. Lol I thought that was so sweet of her!

That was really sweet of her. I had parents when I watched kids get stupid over diapers and wipes to.

@jstory07 Yes it was sweet of her. Yeah, that's not my job to provide diapers or wipes for her child. I don't get paid enough for that. I'm not rich.

All this drama over baby wipes? I have babysat children who have arrived with no diapers....no bottles.....no change of clothes. Somehow we always seemed to make it work. The no diapers was the biggest challenge. (After that I always had an emergency supply.

@Morleyhunt I have had the same but it's not my job to provide those and I'm not wealthy enough either. I have my own 5 children.
