Good afternoon.this is the first time being on today. My game of tennis is over.At least I think that it is. My neck has been bothering me for the last several weeks or more. The arthritis in my neck is giving me pain after pain. The only way to get relief is in bed for a spell. I have used cream after cream .Some relief. We went to the flea market this morning.I was a basket case. The neck giving me problem.when I walk, driving, chewing, etc. The pain gets more severe. It is very sad for the reason I play tennis is for the health benefit. Now my health problem are taking that away from me. Mike is going to put a call in tomorrow to see if they can boost up my schedule. I cannot continued on going like this.It is not me.why now? I am not looking for any sympathy .Just want to get better or relief from this. This is my rant .I cannot even stay at the computer with out the pain in my neck. Have a good afternoon.Sorry that this is not good news here.

So sorry to read about this. I hope that your doc can prescribe something for your awful pain. My health problems have taken a lot away from me, so I know how upset you feel right now.

Thanks for letting us know Fredo. I hope you get some relief from this pain. Perhaps it will ease ...with the right care and maybe go back one day.

@amadeo Is it no better today? At the very last resort you could try a skilled acupuncurist. Acupuncture helped me when I could not stand up with pain in my spine. It fixed it immediately.

I'm sorry that you've been in such pain. Have you tried swimming? A lot of people who have arthritis swear that swimming helps them maintain their mobility and gives them the exercise that they need. I hope that there is an answer out there for you my friend.

How well do I know this pain, I have 2 bulging disc in my neck, Like you I dont mention this often. At the moment I have one out and its hurts to bend over. The sad part is I cannot go to the chiropractor beccause of cost, I hope it will pop back in. I hope Mike can get you into the doctor soon.

It's a shame that you are forced to give up something you enjoy due to pain. I hope they can give you something to relieve it so you can get back to playing again.
