Yes, it is that wonderful time of the yea. The flowers are blooming, the grass is growing and our allergies are acting up at an all time high. Just about everyone I have seen out an about is sniffing, sneezing, and wiping their noses. Here in good old Florida the sinus index is out of sight. The allergy and sinus products seem to be flying off the shelf. Are you one of the unlucky ones wandering around with an inhaler in one hand and a tissue in the other. I hope not. It is miserable.

I've heard the allergies are bad this year. Most likely due to the unusual winter we had. I've never had spring allergies, but my sister does, so she probably has a tissue in one hand, but no inhaler.

For me, it's constant sinus headaches. It's been a horrible spring for me.

@HazySue I have the a/c on today and my headache has gone! And that proves to me that shutting the windows keeps the bad stuff outside and away from my sinuses!

That it has. I end up with the sinus infections including the headache, earache, jaw ache, face ache and such.

I have an every day nose spray to use...it's over the counter but I get it cheaper with the co pay on my prescription. It keeps it at bay a lot at the allergy season peaks.

Allergies in general are a pain in the A, I don't have respiratory allergies though, which is probably a good thing.

I have stealth allergies. I don't realize that it is allergies making me miserable until it's too late to take anything for it. But I am not really that bad. Some in my family really suffer with hay fever and seasonal allergies. I do feel sorry for them.

No, I have found that the more I use that stuff the more I feel stuffed up. I have asthma and I have learned to deal with it naturally. without anything.

Thank God I don't have the flu. Like I am trying to avoid it as much as possible. Because it will only drain my immune system.
