What you do when get bad service in a restaurant?

What you do when get bad service in a restaurant when came there with a friends for the dinner? It happened last weekend. And not only service was bad, but even dishes were cold and not tasty. I left hungry because could not eat it. I never saw a such bad service. If I had been there alone, I would leave restaurant without eating at all. How you act in such situation?

We had bad service in a restaurant when we first moved here. I got their email address up online and complained and was sent a voucher for a free meal and the free meal was just as bad. So we will never go back to that restaurant to eat. Who wants to pay for bad food.

Luckily happened only once. I complained to the manager and then left the restaurant because even if he said he would give us a free dinner the service was not going to suddenly improve nor the food.

I am sorry you had such bad service and the food was below par. I would quietly as for the manager or supervisor and let him know.

I am often too embarrassed to say anything about it or to complain but I have sometimes had dirty cutlery or rude waiters and just accepted it.

I send the food back. For what restaurant's charge for a meal it's foolish not to satisfied with the food your served.

I would have told my friends we could all get sick eating this food and tell the waiter its cold and we aren't paying for the food. Next I would go online and inform the restaurant what happened and that I won't be back. After writing to the restaurant I would go one step further and let my Facebook Friends that are in my area know about the problems with the restaurant.

I would not pay for it if at all possible and I would leave. So sorry to hear this. I have never had that bad of an experience.

We write a letter and complain to head office. They hate to receive them and will do whatever it takes to keep you happy. Our one complaint turned into a gift card for another meal!

I open my mouth and tell them that its cold. Then say im not paying for it and leave. Cux i wouldnt trust them not to do something if i ask for new.

I would get angry on them firstly. After that i will think about to pay or not. This already happens with me and that time i ordered new dish in exchange of my order.
