Not my Mama's noodles

Simple meal but it works. Tofu for protein and yes, canned tomatoes and spaghetti noodles. Wheat and grain noodles but noodles. I also stir fried in mushrooms and onion and of course garlic powder and a little chili seasoning. Steamed garden pea pods on the side. A fig bar to finish. I hope to be down to the next 10 by what? The fourth of July?? I'm on the number 3 so that many to go. I've been there for what feels like forever. And I've rarely counted calories since I started a year ago this month. I admit I did not indulge in two- count 'em- two fake burger pattys. When I get a growly gut I reach for peanut butter and fruit or my nemesis: water. So on I go. Working the system.

tis the season of the spaghetti squash again! I'm slowly dropping off vacation weight and slowly feeling better

I hope you got to where you want to be Lenore. I am fine but need to lose 10. I don't have to but it would please me. I have lost 45 in the last 3 yrs.

Its a slow process. I'm trying to drop twenty before my trip to Minnesota in August, but I've only managed three so far.
