phew, it's a scorcher

I have the house to myself today as Husband is working.
So far I have meandered around the internet, selling my soul to the Devil in the form of survey answers, caught up with oodles of tellybox programmes {Lucifer, The Handmaid's Tale, Pretty Little Liars and The 100}, eaten a hearty lunch, drunk copious amounts of liquid, ambled to the shop to catch some rays of sunshine and talked to the cats, perhaps far too frequently.
My new favourite song is Kasabian's You're in Love with a Psycho, but it might be Ill Ray (The King). It could also be Wasted. In truth, it could be anything from this new album of theirs.
I think I need a nap now, old woman that I am.
Have you seen my puddy-cat?

She did seem content and relaxed. I think she was trying to cool down, but it was an unusually odd place to do it. But what do I know ... I'm not a cat!

I still haven't gotten around to watching The Handmaid's Tale.
Puddy-Cat looks exhausted.. and if it's hot as you make it seem, I can't say as I blame it.
I refuse to do a survey that says it's more than 20 minutes long.. I'll sell my soul, but for a limited time.

I often do them on the bus, or in front of the tellybox. Mine average out at about ten minutes. The Handmaid's Tale is amazing on screen. They've made it really well.
