myLot Post Idea #3 - Create A List

We've seen this before and most likely you have participated in it as well. You can create a Top 10, Fantastic 5, Top 3 list of almost anything or anyone under the sun. A good number of myLot users have been doing this with success so it ain't late for you to join the bandwagon.
A top list post creates a lot of interaction and admit it, who doesn't love a list? Plus, with a list post, you can cover a lot of topics and add as much details as you prefer. Your list post might be:
* Top 5 Free Health Apps for Android
* 7 Great Ways To Improve Your Website Traffic
* 10 Ways To Increase Cash Flow
Bear in mind though that an actual list might be a violation of myLot guidelines so the best thing to do is to make your list a series. You get the gist, now go on and make that list!

I'm glad you mentioned that last part. 
When I saw this idea, my first thought was 'isn't that a violation?'. So I looked for the guidelines and sure enough, it mentions "Posting jokes, recipes, "top lists", chain emails, or discussions consisting of only a quote." as one of the behaviors that will not be tolerated. Top lists is in there. 
So, best not to make lists. 
Though, I expect that what they want you to avoid is to make lists that are just an enumeration of things. I somehow think that if your list has some substance - by that, I mean, if you have at least a paragraph of description under each item, for example - then maybe your list will be acceptable. But I'm not sure about that so... don't risk it.
Creating a series instead, as you suggested, would probably be better. Not only do you cover one topic (i.e., item) at a time, you end up with 5 posts (or more) instead of just one.

Yeah, I figured, how this post was written didn't really explain my thoughts as thoroughly as I want it to. I've seen more than one comment saying that 'lists aren't allowed here in myLot'. In the end though, some myLotters got the drift so I'm glad about it.
Anyway, I visited your blog and I'm currently reading some of your posts there. Great work!
