I unleashed the anger last Monday morning!

I have 3 mobile phone numbers. I loaded one with PhP30 last Sunday so I can send text messages to my colleagues who will go to our reunion. I decided to get the promo of Sulitxt5 which means a P5 load is deducted and I will enjoy 25 text messages to my colleagues of the same mobile phone numbers as mine. So after my registration was successful, I began texting my colleagues.
Then at 10:30AM last Monday, I received a text from the telecommunications company that my load was already below P25. I was so angry that time because I did not know why I was deducted P10 when I should have P25 more.
I immediately called their customer service representative, and a young lady answered me. I told her my concern, and because she was interrupting me while I was talking, I raised my voice and gave my complaint. She told me that I was deducted P10 because I have a subscription of 2 of their promos. I told her that my sister already deactivated those promos in my 2 mobile numbers last year, July. The lady’s voice was trembling. I don’t know, but maybe some of my Filipino friends here can agree with me that, when we are angry, we tend to speak in English. That was what I did.
She then gave me assurance that I will have the P10 back on my load, and it will take 24 hours to do so. So when I went to our reunion and voiced out my disgust on this phone company, 3 of my colleagues also said they had the same problem. I told them to call the customer service of the phone company.
I am a gentle person, but when I am abused, I unleash the anger inside me like a volcano about to explode.
edited: The picture I attached here is their text message that I was already sent back the refund of P10.00.

Like you, I was like that of a volcano but I am trying to control myself when I hate what I am seeing in the office.

sometimes we have to just mind our own business regarding office matters especially if we are not directly involved with the situation. but when we are already involved and we want to prove our stand, then i think it is but normal to react either subtly or violently.

@ridingbet I learnt to have self control for my work. Some clients can be very annoying, but you must keep your calm and be nice.

@LadyDuck yes that is definitely true. for me, i don't get mad easily when i handle my students in the area. i am patient, but when i am ignored, or my existence is ignored, sometimes i just let it go, or i can react violently like stressing my point to that person and allow him listen to what i say. i have also developed that attitude of getting angry without affecting my heart.

yes the costumer service representative had nothing to do with the deduction of my load but what irked me most was she was interrupting me while i was still talking, and that got into my nerves.
yes, English comes out so naturally when we are angry.

i agree with you, my friend. some customer service representatives feel they are superior over the complainants or callers because they want us to understand what they say in the first time they explain to us.
the lady who answered me was always interrupting me while i was talking in our national language, that is why i burst and talked loud- not necessarily shout, but my voice was raised to some decibels. hahaha!

Telco companies can be a pain sometimes. I've switched a few times and still not very satisfied.

indeed, there are some who do not cater to the needs of the subscribers. they only think of the financial benefits.

which one? the P5? or the P25?
for the P5--- that is $0.020
for the P10---that is $0.197
for the P25--- that is $0.493
cheap, but not for the Filipinos.
