Last week i came across a conversation between two of my Facebook friends. It was something like this..
A -Where exactly do you live?
B-I now live in Jaynagar, u?
A-I have been living in Jayanagar since ... my house is close to State Bank.
B-Really, I have an account in that bank
after some more discussion about why that particular bank is good...
A - Do you come to use the ATM, never seen you around
B - I do come ...i am a great one for forgetting the pin ..
A - Is that so, I always have it in my wallet just in case i get confused .
I am not joking, but this actually happened. Don't they realise that they are taking a risk and how dangerous it is to share such personal information ?
What do you all think ?

@kiran8 Yeah they should do it personally over the phone or something. Not online where everyone can read it.

I think it's incredibly dangerous to discuss things like that on Facebook!
There's someone I know (not by choice) who was asking for pain meds on fb!! I was thinking to myself, does she think there are no police officers or their families on fb?!? She could get arrested!

Depends on the situation, but if that is out in the open on a person's Facebook wall that is not the Best thing to do.

Wow. I can't even imagine telling such things to anyone, on Facebook or anywhere else. Crazy things can happen these days. Gives me the chills just thinking about it.

That's the type of information you never share on social media.

Maybe they're just trying to bait people or just being stupid for some reason. That is indeed dangerous.
