Kai What Are You Doing

She made me a bit upset right now. She came down to my room laid down and was snarling a bit to say she was bored. So stopped Mylotting for a bit and said lets take a brake and go outside. She is happy following me with great pleasure, but Brooklyn hears us.
She follows with great pleasure all for Kai to stop and get in Brooklyn's face. Not real mean, but to say I am leading this one. I am like no Kai, sorry because when you do stuff like that, it infuriates Brooklyn and she is calm as a cucumber, but me and Brooklyn both know what happened.
Brooklyn has been scared of the fireworks and Kai is less scared of them. She thinks she can one up Brooklyn on her recent fear as not a worthy alpha.
Problem is Brooklyn can easily beat her in a fight being twice as small. Kai is uncoordinated, slow, and does not really want to fight. She just think she does because that is how she learned from Bad boy Tristan. She is still not the sharpest German Shepherd because she failed to realize Tristan always had a purpose for what he was doing at his age. Wise man of the bunch, and he was teaching them both, but she failed to learn.
Brooklyn did learn and that is why she is the alpha and you just cannot get in her face like that. Pay her respect. or get bit in the ass. Sometimes you have to let them learn the hard way, but do think when I corrected her she knew real quick why it was the way it was. Now if someone would only explain the real world to me the way I explained that to you. I would be all set.

@nanette64 Yeah really neat breed. They do struggle when get older, they are so big and their rear legs seem to go out on them.

@LadyDuck Not at all, one of the sweetest dogs you will ever meet, but like true alpha she does not let you walk on her and she can take only so much. Maybe I seen to much.

They know, but a beef between them is something between them and they know not even I can stop that. Will be bad. Will yell at them, but what am I really going to do. Throw them in doggy jail, call the police. More like the morgue if they get in a fight. Brooklyn sees these things, Kai from the pound not catching on but its alright we have her back.

The alpha will always let it be known they are the alpha. We had a cat like that. She didn't take any crap. Even off males.

Exactly, and that is why I corrected Kai because it is damn near impossible to stop them once they get in a fight. Last time, had to throw a blanket on Brooklyn and physically hold her to stop her. She put two holes in my nice blanket. Little Jerk.

People names are in for dogs. I used to call them Shadow, killer or some dumb crap, but sister always liked the people names, then apparently many like the people names because Brooklyn was named before we got her, but guess that could be a city also.

True, no logic in what people are doing that was animal and had more logic to it than what people are doing right now. lol
