Good afternoon.
I picked up this book The Weight of Water by Anita Shreve
I am not a big fan of hers.I read Pilot Wife which I like.
Why this book?this is about a murder on Star Island in Portsmouth.
We have been there many times and a great place to visit.
On March 1987 two women,Norwegian immigrants were murdered on the island of shoals.this is a group of island ten miles of the New Hampshire Coast.
A third woman survived hiding in a sea cave until dawn
the stories move slowly but once you get involved you cannot take your eyes off on this. She keep your interest.I recommend this book for Summer reading
I happen to pick this up at the club and give it a shot.Loved it.

Sounds like a real thriller and it is interesting that it takes place so close by, makes it more real.
