On August 5th, we (two teams) went to Antipolo, Rizal in Phillip's Sanctuary to have a team building activity.
The team building was not the usual eat, drink, get-to-know but was full of activities.
We arrived around 8 AM at the activity area. The area is spacious. There are different kinds of plants - fruit-bearing. They have durian, rambutan and many others.
Our facilitator explained the rules and regulations. The games are more of military acitivities.
We started with an opening prayer, I opened the activity with the prayer. Then followed by the activities.
Initially, we divided ourselves into 4 groups. But the facilitator thought it was better to have just two teams. So, we were two teams of 10 players each. The activities were as follows:
-team cheer
-picture me
Physical Activities
-centipede race
-unity walk
-flipping tires
-10-feet wall climb
-rope
-spider web
-log balance
-rafting
-tightrope
-mud crawl
-mud slide
These are physically exhausting games. And we were challenged by these set of activities. Needless to say, we got what have expected from the activities - friendship and unity.
Awarding ceremony.

Exactly. The food is always there but the talks about what you have accomplished as a team is more important.

It was fun but exhausting. My first time to do such activities. The last time I crawled on mud when I was a little kid.

Yes it does Valerie. @just4him
It was very exhausting - all but the one I had difficulty with was the log balance. I fell in the water.

Sounds like you have a wonderful time. What does the rambutan taste like, I seen them in my grocery store.
