Stale chicken...

Yesterday me and my mother's family decided to dine out. We left for a good restaurant. We reached there and ordered creamy barbq chicken and spicy chicken. Order arrived aftrr half and hour.. We were excited for this yummy meal but all our excitement went in a vein when our bite of chicken was smelling badly. It was a stale chicken. We called waiter a nd complained. He was negating and was accepting our complaint. I asked him to meet his manager. Suddenly he took the meal and and brought a new replaced meal. A bad experience.

It's horrible when you are anticipating a delicious meal and find it is inedible. Hope the replacement meal was satisfactory?

I probably would not go again to that restaurant. It was not the waiter´s fault. But the manager wanted to sell no good food to people just in case they say nothing.

He was afraid when you said you wanted to meet the manager. Bad service and you should complain at the restaurant FB
