Hello friends.. good morning to all..
It's a cool morning, rained all night.
I had a healthy breakfast today. Sprouts with banana and apple. But the problem is I am feeling hungry again, I will have protein drink now.

Sounds like a good breakfast. I had a bagel with peanut butter on it for my breakfast I hope you had a good Thursday.
