Tuna Sandwich Wraps For Dinner

After the busy day we had yesterday I decided not to cook tonight. Tonight I think both of us will enjoy a simple, easy dinner.
Tonight we will be having tuna salad with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, and onion on a wrap.
It sounds really good to me for some reason. Plus, with all of the food we had last night, we both still feel full.
I think I gained about 10 pounds last night. At least that's what it feels like.

I just had bread with a bit of tuna on it for breakfast Susan.

@HazySue Yeah, you won't be eating that on the Whole30. I am so happy I started this. I don't miss most of the foods on the list anymore. I say most because I love cheese, potatoes, and rice. That's what I'm missing right now. This morning, when I got up the second time. I'm late here because I took a three hour nap after swimming, I started thinking about the Thanksgiving menu. It's going to be different.

I was just sitting here wondering what we can possibly have for supper tonight. I was expecting money from Etsy but now see that it can take 3 to 5 business days to show up in my account.
We don't have tuna, but we do have tortillas and a bit of lunch meat and a few slices of cheese. It's going to have to do!

That sounds like a great dinner, and not a lot of work or dishes to deal with on your part either. Good idea! I'll make sure to use it sometime when I'm stumped for what to fix.
