Peaches, Peaches and MORE Peaches

My son called me when I was on my way home today and asked it I wanted some peaches. I said sure. So I met him and I got peaches. Tons of peaches.
So in between answering my notifications I have been working with peaches. I don't think I want anymore until next year.
I froze some and canned some. I know that they have been putting up a lot of peaches too. He gets them for free so I can't see passing them up.
Would anyone like some peaches?
I wish that I could send them to everyone.

My nephew let us pick a bunch and as luck would have it, most have spoiled before I could get to them. Wish I had more time to devote to such things. Love peaches, they are one of my favorite fruits.

@velvet53 I am diabetic and the sugar content tends to spike my sugar.

@sumofalltears I'm sorry to hear that but you do know what you can and can't eat. That is what is important.

@lovinangelsinstead21 We have Palisade peaches here. They are grown right here in the valley. Some of them can get pretty big and they are very tasty. I tried a different type of peach the other day and I didn't like it.

Peaches were not as plentiful here this year as they sometimes are, but we have had a few that were definitely worth canning @velvet53

@Courtlynn They are finally done. I wonder what will be next. My son knows that I like to put up fresh vegetables and fruit so he always checks with me before he gives them to anyone else. We all like peaches so I figured I would just take care of them.

We have one lonely peach tree. One year we got four peaches on it, but I must say they were delicious. Last year it got some kind of disease and had to be cut back. So far, no peaches.
