Good evening.Some here wanted me to put a photo of my baked ziti First I am very please with it.It was edible

we had Italian bread and wine. A few improvement to be made.Mostly on the cheeses. I use what we had here.I am happy with my first attempt. Good night.Have a great evening

I love baked ziti but I don't know how to make it. Not a good cook. But whenever I'm at Sbarro, I always ordered baked ziti.

@amadeo Guess what I made this morning??? I had some apples that needed to be used up so had some frozen tart shells and made tiny lattice tops , so they are like super small mini apple pies! They look so cute too!

just a lot of cutting and measuring for the lattice.

@amadeo I use ricotta (Biazzo brand is my favorite sooooo creamy!) and I mix shredded mozzarella (or cubes or mozz) throughout. Then I also top it with some shredded mozz just to make it extra cheesy.
