Sunday-A Late Breakfast.String Hoppers And Chick Peas Curry.

Today is a lazy Sunday.Hoped for rain.But disappointed.
Had breakfast a little later than usual.
Rice string hoppers (Idiyappam) and Chick Peas curry.We call it Kadala curry.
This is a most common breakfast item in South India especially in my State of Kerala.
Are any of you Non-Indians familiar with this dish?

@franxav So you have heard of it.Actually Chickpeas curry is more of a combination with another Kerala breakfast item- Puttu.

Even Indians in North India are not familiar with it.Did you put fruits or jelly on the Waffles?I would have liked some ice cream .

@silvermist It was breakfast I had put strawberries on the waffles. We never have ice cream with breakfast.
