Its been just over an year since I came on this site. Made some friends but a couple of months ago quite a few have gone off the radar . This is an aspect of virtual friendship , I guess.
Then I too started being absent on and off.
A culprit was my desk top which was out of running for a couple of months
While I did peep in from my phone , I don't find it very comfortable. And don't know how to post a discussion from it.
I know this is not unusual and is the norm when people get caught up in other activities.
Lately though have got messages from people out here asking about my prolonged absence.That makes me feel good.And made me want to get back, so here I am again....with a rather lack lustre discussion

The phone has more mobility but I don't know how to fit in the picture .Also I like the bigger screen of the desk top...Easier on my eyes.

Yes ,I did notice that you came around the time I started becoming irregular.

I started myLot FROM the phone at first. Sitting while using desktop was uncomfortable for long periods of time. The phone I could use while sitting, lying down, walking, etc... Now since I have a laptop, phone has taken its retirement.

I like the big screen of my desk top as opposed to that on my phone. Guess a laptop combines the plus point of both

@responsiveme do you happen to watch 'Sherlock' with the great Benedict Cumberbatch? Or maybe you prefer the American version 'Elementary' with the female Dr. Watson?

@sol_cee he he...I am old school...Sherlock for me is always the person from Conan Doyle's stories....Loved reading them and sometimes still keep re_reading.
The Benedict Cumberland series, I have seen and enjoyed but that for me is not the original Sherlock Holmes ....The old BBC series deals with the Doyle stories.
Not seen Elementary..Thanks for recommendation
There are many spin offs on the famous detective
