Our ferry from Cherbourg in France to Rosslare in Ireland was cancelled due to engine failure. We eventually took a ferry to Portsmouth then drove most of the day to Fishguard in Wales before catching another ferry to Rosslare.
We arrived at 4am so camped in a carpark until a respectiable hour. Ar the café there I spotted this sign which I though you might enjoy seeing. It reads ‘Café Lily’s, World famous for our free beer, topless waitresses and false advertising’. I thought you might enjoy seeing it.

I like clever signs. I'm always on the lookout for them.

@judyev There's something similar at a café in Belfast. The words topless and waitress are writ large but when you look at the small print what it all days are words to the effect that they have no waitresses who are topless but they serve excellent coffee. Best notice I ever saw in a café window was "Closed for lunch". And they were!!!

@kobesbuddy I am very naive in some ways. It didn't occur to me that you wouldn't be telling me the truth!
