Pennywise was in my hood last night!

I saw this picture on my town's FB group this morning and I started cracking up. Someone has a great sense of humor! This was taken on part of the main highway through the town. (I promise that it doesn't look as $hitty and run-down everywhere--not even close!) For those that don't get the joke, it is a reference to the book/movie IT. The red balloon is how the evil clown, Pennywise, lures the children to the storm sewer where he is lurking. The new version of the movie was released this weekend so it is on many peoples' minds.
