It is a beautiful morning here. The sun is shinning as if it was summer. But it is a chilly sun.
I have to cook today, but it is late and I just got up. I bought yesterday a new electric blanket for me and my bed was so warm that my aunt had to go and pull me out of bed this morning
I´ll tell you later about my cooking skills and how it came out. Meanwhile, I´m going to start cooking.
See you

@amadeo If abalone wasn´t so scarce and so expensive, I´d make that dish once a week.

I cooked what is called chupe de locos in Spanish. It is a sort of abalone pudding

I took some chicken out of the freezer to defrost for dinner but so far haven't decided on how I'm going to prepare it. Glad you're enjoying your new electric blanket

@khalif85 Our abalone has nothing to do with the gian abalone I see on TV. The Wikipedia says:"Concholepas concholepas, the Chilean abalone, is a species of large edible sea snail, a marine gastropod mollusk." It is not a true abalone, but when sold the can says abalone in English.
