Many reasons to use Turmeric.

Some drink it as a tea, I like to add it in foods - I think it relieves many pains and diseases.. One idea is to use turmeric and a pinch of black pepper - I sometimes add also organic vegetable broth and garlic and drink it warm, as a soup

Milk, that is something I've never tried with turmeric.. as far as I remember.. could be good, thanks..

Many say that it very good for health. I like to eat the fresh one but it does stain the tooth brush.

A fresh one should be great, but don't know where to get it.. we get it organic, as powder, so I use it that way..

One of the best use of it is that it can also be used as an antiseptic on cuts and bruises. There are many medical benefits of turmeric mentioned in Ayurveda, here in India we call it as Haldi and its one of the must ingredients in Indian foods.
