~Going For A Week~

Hey everyone I hope your day is going well so far today. Mine has been busy!
My sister is on her way here since they just got back from their cruise and they have to drive through Jacksonville to get back home. She called and asked if my older 3 kids can go with her for a week to play and learn with their cousins. (She Home schools as well).
So, we have been busy packing so the kids can go. Of course they are excited! I'm going to miss them like crazy, but I know they will have so much fun. =) I never consider my kids leaving a break, I hate when they are gone but I won't be selfish either and make them stay or anything.
Julian is going to miss his siblings too. =( Josiah won't notice much since he's so little still.
Hopefully this week goes FAST!!

@much2say I know, that's why I said yes even if I didn't want them to leave me. Lol. I always had fun with my cousins as well.

I know how you feel. I felt the same way when my kids were younger and one would go to Scout Camp for a week etc. But, I know your kids will have a great time.

@Leapea2417 Yeah, it's tough when they leave to go places...especially for a longer period of time. =(

I'm sure with all you do every day the week will go by relatively quickly. Your kids will have a lot to share when they come home.

I'm sure that the week will go quickly for the kids, I'm not so sure about you, but hopefully you can get caught up on some much-needed rest. You've been thru so much with the heat and the move, enjoy a little down time Jenn.

@Juliaacv It's not wonderful for me at all. But they are happy so I am happy for them. I know how much they adore their cousins.
I still have the babies so no rest for me. I have more time to myself since the older 3 are helpful with the babies. They will play with Julian or talk to Josiah-which gives me a minute to breathe.

@Juliaacv I'm happy for them and that they are having a good time. I'm not so happy without them though. It's a bittersweet kind of thing. Josiah is teething and so fussy constantly and Julians getting into so much this morning... Just a rough start to the day.

@LovingMyBabies I thought that you'd feel wonderful because your kids are so happy, and its nice that they will spend time with their cousins, building some great memories. I'm sure that you'll have your hands full with the babies, sure wish that I lived closer you know that I'd step in!

@snowy22315 Well, my older 3 don't cry or anything and they are very independent...not really any quieter here since I have the babies at home.

@Elizaby No, I still have the babies. The older 3 are independent and helpful to me. Without them here actually, I won't get a whole lot of anything done. Josiah is teething & fussy and Julian gets into everything the minute I try to do something. Oh well.

I think its awesome! They get a vacation, and in a way so do you. But the babies will miss playing with them.

@andriaperry They do yes and that's enough for me. I am not getting a vacation-my older 3 are the easier ones! Lol. They are helpful and well behaved. My younger 2 are my handfuls since they are still babies.

I always consider Leonard going out as a break 
He only goes for one night though, and that's once a week since he was three weeks old so I'm used to it.
He is going away for five days next week though, with my parents. That will be far too long for me, but he's going to Blackpool and he'll be seeing the illuminations which he'll love! I'm staying at my parents' house for the week to look after Treacle (the dog) and the chickens
