"It is only important that I will always be with my family."

I am not sure with some of you guys. But I think family is the most important thing in my life. The immediate family will never be turned us down no matter what’s life bring us. I wasn’t so active in mylot because of dealing with my evil relatives. Some of you had read about it and I am so consumed with trying to make the inheritance fair and square. My late father’s siblings are so evil that they cannot hear their words towards us. It is bitter pill to swallow for them to be so greedy. Despite this, I need to support and let my immediate family be loyal to each other. I must say that family is the most important thing in every individual’s life. Do you agree? Why or why not? I must agree because that's what I'm doing. I could be living with good life being myself but I choose with my family.

I do think that's what we need to bear in mind. They are the most loyal people in our lives.

@Shavkat Your relatives didn't sound loyal to me. Did I misunderstand?

@YrNemo We are still in the process of negotiating with these evil relatives. The family and I are anticipating the final decision before the end of this year.

@Shavkat Who is going to be the judge? The real court of law of just some elders in the family?

It takes time for us to decide. The evil relatives are inconsistent with their terms and conditions. Regardless, we also need to lay down our cards, too. I hope it will end soon. It is a good start for a new life for the family.

I agree about family. Unfortunately my family are all in heaven and I am alone. The memories are nice though. Enjoy your family while you can. Hope those evil relatives leave you alone.

My family is very important to me but if I had mean back biting relatives I wouldn't want to have anything to do with them.

That's a good description for the evil relatives. They are backbiters. I will stick on to my immediate family and support them all throughout.

Agree, they did a harvard study on this for 75 years. That is right followed people around for 75 years and found money had very little to do with it, but personal relationships had every thing to do with people's happiness.

@Shavkat Yeah, assuming people's basic needs are met. Can't be to happy if one's basic needs are not being met.

@crossbones27 For people who lives in a simple lifestyle, they can still be happy even if not meeting some of the basic needs.

I haven't read about it. It is a good thing that there is an available study about it. It can also be considered the basic needs as described in Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs.

They don't exist in our lives anymore. There are some clarifications needed before the final agreement between us and the evil relatives. I can't wait when that time comes.

I agree that there is nothing more important that family, especially immediate family. A person's true colors show when money is involved. I hope you work things out soon with those greedy siblings of you father.

I agree. The evil relatives consumed with money matters. The sad part, they are so busy comparing us with them. In the first place, we are not competing with them. Paranoia kills them at this point in time.

Family is important, but many times hard to swallow and deal with when some of them are not wanting to be acceptable to anything. My husband has become more of a Black sheep in our family thanks for me, and I am a Black sheep for some in my own immediate family. I feel all you can do is Pray about it and hope somehow things continue to work out for the Best.

Certainly fami!y is my priority. In the end, they are the ones we can always count on. My sister is very prickly, and not always kind, but I know in the end she would be there for me if I needed her.
