Good morning .Took the morning off from the club.
Had to do a few errands and my energy is not all the great.
Anyone here ever drink Boost?I started it and to see if it does give me a boost.
Just went to the Library to get Hillary Clinton
"What Happened.469 pages.Not sure if I will finish the book if I lose interest in it and will see.
I forgot to menioned that the boys are ok in Napa Valley.
They are not out of the woods yet.The Santa Ana winds are picking up.
That is the latest.But so happy to hear from them.

Years ago, I tried Boost. I liked it and thought it helped my energy.

I have heard of this before but have heard it taste nasty so never got the nerve to try it. Have you tried the little energy shots that they sell at the stores? I have tried them and they work great.

I switch over.No those five hours not for me.I do not trust them.

I tried that Ensure and it was really awful and I knew it would be.
Don´t usually try those kind of drinks as there not many of them here at all maybe in the big Cities there would be.
Ensure tasted like dry cardboard with grit on it.

Oh I just detested it.
The woman comes out in the advert with a big smile but I can bet they paid her a good million for that smile as it was probably a very forced one.
What awful stuff yuk.
