Although we can depend on the phone or computer to have our calendar. But I still prefer to have a little normal calendar on my desk. I still like to mark down something on it. How about you? Do you get rid of the normal calendar or still need one?

We do not buy calendars, it's a tradition in the Philippines for companies to have one printed and given away on New Year, its advertzing for them cause some have their logo and contact number.

@louievill Here some companies will also give calendars to the clients as the gifts. But later the national companies can't do so any more to avoid the corruption.

I like a calendar hanging near the kitchen especially those ones with phases of the moon, I love tearing the page every time a month is over.

I don't need a calender but my wife needs it as she marks important dates on the calender like when she refilled gas cylinder, when we did not take milk from the vendor etc etc.

We have one calendar in the kitchen. Yet I usually tend to use my phone if I have to look for any dates or days.

I mark down my schedule in my phone calendar but occasionally I will also mark down something else in the normal calendar.

@youless That is really good. I used to mark on the calendar too yet gradually the habit has lost somewhere. I will try to build it again.

No.But I think it is a good habit to remark on calendar. I think utilization of papery stuff is really a delicate way to live.Still I like my books more than kindle.

I buy a calendar every year. At home, all members do not have a mobile. My mother -in -law don't have a mobile. She doesn't like to keep a mobile. So if we have a calendar she can look at the date and can even mark the important dates. Though we have mobile these days, I feel it is necessary to have a calendar at home.

yes one should always keep calender besides him as it will make him right something or mark something as hard copy is always the best option now as well in the digital world.
